A Holistic Approach to Psychotherapy
I'm a holistic psychotherapist whose approach is centered around helping clients build upon their strengths, and in connecting with the parts of themselves that want to be healed, so that they can function at their best. I'm passionate about helping clients remember what makes them shine.

Holistic Psychotherapy Services
I integrate various techniques into the therapy process, such as aromatherapy, guided meditation, breathwork, cognitive-behavioral tools, and emotional freedom techniques (EFT). Using these therapeutic strategies takes into account the whole person and helps activate each client’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
What to Expect At Your First Visit
The first session is a collaborative process in which we get to know each other. Together, we'll explore your strengths, challenges, and goals for your therapy. After a few sessions, you'll start to get to know me and my therapeutic style and talk about your life experiences in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I love showing clients how just a few sessions can make an enormous impact to their emotional health.
Paperwork: A new client assessment form and service agreement is emailed to you upon scheduling your first appointment. I will ask you questions such as, Why are you seeking counseling services at this time? Have you received counseling services in the past? What are your strengths and goals for treatment?
Insurance and Fees: I accept the following insurance: United Heathcare, Oxford and Medicare. To obtain information about your copay, deductible and number of visits allowed per calendar year, please contact your insurance company via the number on the back of your card. For other insurance carriers, I will generate a monthly invoice for you so that you can submit for out of network reimbursement, which in most plans typically covers as much as 70% - 95% of my fee. To inquire about your out of network coverage, the following questions may be helpful: Do I have out of network benefits for mental health services? If so, what is the deductible, and have I met it? After meeting the deductible, how much is covered for a 45 minute psychotherapy session?
